Tieleman is back in country - and ready to rumble on the BC Budget on Tuesday, the HST and the Basi-Virk trial!

Hola amigos y amigas! I'm back from a great 2 weeks of hot, hot heat down south in Huatulco, Mexico and ready for a lot of battles ahead - including the BC Liberal government budget on Tuesday March 2, the fight against the Harmonized Sales Tax and the Basi-Virk/BC Legislature raid trial!

Thanks for your messages and postings while I was away - I will try to answer those in the coming days.

Welcome back, the Olympics wasn't as "perfect" as the spin would lead people to believe but it went quite well in many respects. What is insulting to the public's intelligence is that the accounting/costs are now being divided in to a number of different areas so that parts can be portrayed as "on budget". The TOTAL accounting needs to include all categories including the expenses incurred by publicly funded organizations such as BC Ferries. The total cost may approach or exceed 10 Billion Dollars. Campbell may not have originated the bid but he road it for all it was worth. Global had a hysterical Photoshop of him on the News last night showing him appearing everywhere.
