Just a teaser for now but there were lots of fireworks in BC Supreme Court this morning over defence allegations against the RCMP and objections from the Special Prosecutor.
I unfortunately don't have time to file a full posting till late this afternoon or early evening, but stay tuned - or read 24 hours on Tuesday for a story there also.

Let me guess. More legal arguments about disclosure and why documents are shielded by legal privilege and therefore should not be disclosed.
The Special Prosecutor takes issue with the defence alleging misconduct. And the RCMP lawyer feels that the RCMP are being labelled as not complying with the Supreme Court judgement to disclose every scrap of paper as ordered by Justice Bennett.
All in all another productive billing day for the Special Prosecutor and the lawyers involved.
*Please note that court time is traditionally billed at a higher hourly retainer than most other work. (*depends on the law firm)
I for one will wait for your comments.
